We strongly recommend ordering our free colour samples before purchasing. Colours may appear differently across computer monitors due to varying display settings. To ensure consistency, order all blinds for the same room at the same time, as colour variations may occur between batches or compared to samples. These differences are typically minor but possible.

Refunds & Returns

Cancellation or Changes – Custom-Made Blinds

We’re here to assist! If you spot an error after placing your order, you have 24 hours (or the next business day) to contact us for amendments. Call us at 1300 046 908 to ensure prompt notification. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

As custom-made blinds enter production immediately after this period, changes or cancellations are not possible beyond this timeframe.

We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

Your payment is declined by your financial institution.

Stock shortages prevent fulfillment (we’ll suggest alternatives);

A product was listed at an incorrect price due to a typo or website error;

If we cancel your order, we’ll refund your payment to your credit card and notify you via email promptly.

Double-check your measurements and cart details before checkout, as all products are custom-made to your specifications. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered items, as they’re tailored to your windows and unsuitable for resale. Sparkle Blinds is not responsible for ordering errors.

Faulty Goods

Inspect your items within 14 days of delivery and report any faults by:

If we confirm a production fault, we’ll remake and replace the item at no cost or offer a full refund, at your choice.

Spare Parts

Spare parts (e.g., roller blind or curtain components, excluding sample kits) may be refunded if:

Requested within 30 days of purchase

Proof of purchase is provided

The item is unopened and returned in saleable condition (at your cost)

Our team will assess eligibility per our Returns Policy. Delivery and insurance costs are non-refundable.

:Samples: Same-day dispatch if ordered before midday (EST), otherwise next business day (excludes weekends/Victorian public holidays).

Roller Blinds (Single, Double, Linked, Motorized): 5-10 business days

Orders with multiple products ship together once all items are ready. Opt for “split delivery” at checkout for earlier partial shipments (extra fees apply). Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with delivery details. Track your order via your account login. Supplier delays beyond our control may occur—we’ll notify you ASAP if affected.

Delivery Charges

Standard Rate: $35 (Inc. GST) per order for most products nationwide

Additional fees may apply for oversized items, large quantities, or regional areas outside our delivery zones. Long-length surcharges may also apply, passed on at courier cost. We’ll contact you before processing if extra charges occur.

Authority to Leave

You’ll receive a dispatch date when your order ships. As exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, all shipments require “Authority to Leave” if no one is home.

Freight Damages

Inspect your order within 5 days of delivery and report damage. Do not install damaged items, as this voids warranty claims. Notify us immediately if the box arrives damaged to file a carrier claim.

If covered by delivery insurance (purchased at checkout), we’ll repair or replace damaged items once returned. Late notifications cannot be honored.
